*Select from print or canvas.

*Please provide names, date, and between 20 and 25 descriptive words of your choice per digit. Please add a combination of long and short words, to achieve optimal effect. Include short phrases, places they’ve visited, family members, hobbies, etc. If certain words are particularly important, please add a star (*) next to them in your list, and I will endeavor to make these words the largest and most noticeable.

You will receive a proof via email within 1-2 business days of ordering. Customized items must be approved before shipping. Please respond promptly to avoid any delays in your order. Without your approval, I cannot start production on your order.
