PAPER PRINTS: All prints have been created digitally using Adobe Creative Suite. Each print is printed to order to ensure that each one is perfect and of the utmost quality before shipping. Your art will be printed on Premium Luster Heavyweight Paper. If you prefer more of a matte look, just contact us.
WRAPPED CANVAS: Artwork is printed directly onto top-quality polycotton canvas using archival inks and stretched over solid pine stretcher bars. Canvases come ready to hang (with hardware attached). Canvases come in standard (.75 inches) or gallery wrapped (1.5 inches).
PRINT FRAMES: Frames are crafted from 100% wood. Regular frames are approximately 1.25" wide and 0.625" deep. Thin frames are approximately .625" wide and 1.25" deep. Gold beveled frame is approximately 1" wide and 0.875" deep.
CANVAS FLOAT FRAME: Floater frames are 100% solid wood. Our floater frames are approximately 0.375" wide and 1.25" deep. Each frame is handcrafted and professionally customized to order.
SHERPA BLANKETS: Sherpa blankets are made of super-soft, high-quality fabrics that will be treasured for years to come. Our beautiful sherpa blankets are a great addition to your child's bedroom or nursery. They can even be hung on the wall. Sherpa blankets are 100% polyester.
MINKY BLANKETS: Minky blankets are made of super-soft, high-quality fabrics that will be treasured for years to come. They can even be hung on the wall. Minky blankets are 100% polyester, micro-fleece blanket.
Woven BLANKETS: Woven cotton throws feature a colorful fringe of the threads your image is created from. These woven blankets will be treasured for years to come. They can even be hung on the wall. Our woven blankets are 100% cotton.
MUGS: Coffee Mugs are 100% ceramic and available in 11 oz and 15 oz. and in standard white or deluxe colors (black, red, or pink).
when will my order arrive?
Our current turnaround time for prints is about one to three business days after you purchase and three to five business days for canvases. Canvas orders ship within 7 days of approval. If we anticipate that shipping will take longer, we will email you.
Custom orders may take a bit longer but if a proof is needed, we make every endeavor to provide one within 24 - 48 hours for approval. Please check your email for proof so that we can process your order quickly.
Prints are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Upgrades to Priority or Express Overnight shipping are available... just email us for details and pricing. Tracking is provided for all packages. Canvases ship via USPS Priority or FedEx/UPS Ground.
If an item is returned due to an undeliverable address, the buyer is responsible for the costs associated with re-shipping the order.
Susan Newberry Designs is not responsible for USPS delays or lost/stolen items.
Refunds & Exchanges
Since each item is printed at the time of ordering, we do not accept refunds or exchanges, so please purchase seriously. All personalized designs are approved by the customer before they are printed and shipped. For that reason, if you are not satisfied with your design, the proof must not be approved. No refunds are given once work has begun. If you no longer want your item we will charge a design fee and credit the difference. Design fees vary from $20 - $50 depending on what you have ordered.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days so we can remedy the situation. Please provide pictures of the damaged item and the the packaging.
