HOW TO ORDER:

*Please provide the name, birthdate, and between 40 and 50 descriptive words of your choice. Please list words in order of importance. Words will be placed randomly around the name. If enough words are not provided, words will be repeated as needed.

*Please add a combination of long and short words to achieve optimal effect. (Loving sister instead of sister, wonderful daughter instead of daughter, valued employee, etc.).

*Specify size and color(s)/background desired.

*Customized items must be approved before shipping. Proofs are sent within 1 - 2 business days of ordering.

We recommend printing on archival matte paper or medium to heavy cardstock. You can print at home or your local print shop.
