Today's kitchen is more than just a place to cook and eat. The kitchen and its place in the home have changed over the years as our lifestyles, economic conditions and values have changed. Changes have also come with the introduction of new products and the addition of technology in our lives. Today whether large or small, the kitchen is the heart of the home. It is where family and friends gather and children do their homework. Many kitchens today have computers and televisions; some even have sofas and comfy chairs. So with so many activities going on in the kitchen, keeping it organized can be a real task. Today's blog will help you organize your kitchen.

Here's something we did in our own kitchen. What do you think of our chalkboard wall?  I have to give all the credit for that to my son-in-law Alex.   I designed it but he executed it.  Unfortunately I don’t have the patience it takes and I can tell you it takes some patience!  The grid lines were purchased for just $10 from Leen the Graphics Queen.
